Summer Rehearsal Schedule Breakdown
Summer Kick off (ALL SHOWS): Monday June 1st
- This is an opportunity for parents, and performers to meet the staff that will be working on their shows, as well as to get all of the information they will need to have a successful summer. This includes ticket information, detailed schedules, as well as Ad forms, and information about our Stage Crew.
- Starting Monday June 1st, Kids show participants will have rehearsal on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8:00pm at West Deptford High School. These rehearsals continue until Day Camp begins.
- Day Camp begins on Monday, June 22nd. These rehearsals run from 9am-3pm and are held Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Parents are expected to drop off their performer no earlier that 8:45, and pick up no later than 3:15.
- Starting Tuesday June 2nd, Jr. show participants will have rehearsal on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8:30pm at West Deptford High School. These rehearsals continue until Day Camp begins.
- Day Camp begins on Monday, June 22nd. These rehearsals run from 9am-3pm and are held Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Parents are expected to drop off their performer no earlier that 8:45, and pick up no later than 3:15.
- Starting Monday June 1st, Teen show participants will have rehearsal Mondays through Thursdays from 6-9pm at West Deptford High School.
- Performers will receive a weekly detailed schedule with call days and times.
- As the Teen Show approaches its debut, rehearsals will be extended to 10pm.
- Starting Monday June 1st, Crew participants will have build nights on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6-9pm, and select Sundays from 9am-5pm.
